Lambton Shores & Volleyball Again???
Photo: NSP (Not So Pro Volley Ball) North Beach 2013
Below is our letter to Council. Council meets Feb. 9th 2021 virtually so you can all find out what they had to say. I can not believe we are defending the North Beach again.
In addition we sent our original legal opinion. This is a serious issue for us all.

This week A Response from Lambton Public Health
The reopening of various essential services is occurring rapidly.
While we await further guidance from the provincial government to inform our development of guidance for short-term rental owners, please follow the present health and safety guidance below:
Health and safety guidelines related to the tourism and hospitality sector
Health and safety guidelines for hotel reception, room service and front-line staff
Health and safety guidelines for hotel housekeeping and laundry employees
Health and safety guidelines for Cleaning & Disinfection for Public Settings
In addition, consumers can and should have an understanding in writing with whoever they are entering into an agreement with for a short term rental, that the unit should be cleaned prior to their arrival. We strongly recommend that consumers bring cleaning supplies and wipe surfaces upon arrival as everyone has different standards of "cleanliness", and additional cleaning is an added measure of prevention.
